Product Detail

Medical disposable protective clothing consists of hooded tops and pants, with inline or external elastic closure for the cuffs and footwear, elastic closure for the face and waist of the cap, and a one-piece type. Made of polyethylene film laminated with non-woven fabric as raw material. Sterilization method: sterilized by ethylene oxide.

Protective clothing according to the model is divided into I type, I type, III type, IV type. I type for one-piece (without shoe cover) external cuff type, II type for one-piece (without shoe cover) embedded cuff type, III type for one-piece (with shoe cover) external cuff type, IV type for one-piece (with shoe cover) embedded cuff type.

[Main performance]
1, protective clothing should be dry, clean, no moldy spots, the surface does not allow adhesion, cracks, holes and other defects
2. The hydrostatic pressure of key parts of the protective clothing should be not less than 1.67kPa (17cmHO).
Protective clothing material moisture permeability should be not less than 2500g/(m2.d). 3.
4. The fracture strength of the key parts of the protective clothing material should be not less than 45N.
5. The elongation at break of the key parts of the protective clothing material should be not less than 15%.
6. The filtering efficiency of the material and seams of the key parts of the protective clothing for non-oily particles should be not less than 70%.
7. The charged amount of protective clothing should be no more than 0.6uC/ piece
8. The protective clothing should be sterilized by an effective sterilization process, and the protective clothing should be sterile. 9. The protective clothing sterilized by ethylene oxide, the residual amount of ethylene oxide should not exceed 10ugg [scope of application] It is suitable for clinical medical personnel to provide barrier and protection against potentially infectious blood fluids, secretions and airborne particles of patients at work.
